Originální abstrakt

The aim of this paper is a realization and an implementation of the functional sample of the ceramic commutator. It is such a way to make it more acceptable than the ordinary commutator. The preliminary phase of the work analyzes the problems and the insufficiency of the ordinary commutator. More details serve as a base for the optimization of the ceramic commutator design. The second part deals with the possible defects of the ordinary commutator manufacturing. The main part describes manufacturing of the ceramics and ceramic body commutator. It is also discuss the technology of the bars connection to ceramic body. The final chapter of the paper presents the realised prototypes of the ceramic commutator that were consequently tested. The conclusion of the work summarized the results and obtained knowledge.
