Originální abstrakt

Our goal was to prepare new products enriched with plant extracts. Prepared energy drinks with different coffee base were enriched with other extracts to obtain higher antioxidant content. Encapsulation of extracts into liposomes was successful and particles were stable and suitable for further applications in food industry and also in other fields. Sensory analysis confirmed that prepared products were potentially applicable as replacement of conventional energy drinks.
