In this paper, we present a high-gain, broadband circularly polarized 2×2 and 4×4 antenna arrays operating at 350 GHz. Elements necessary for manufacture were included in the design and the antenna was fabricated. Cost-effective manufacture process of the antennas in silicon technology is described in detail. Measurements of the performance of the antennas will be presented during the conference.
