Originální abstrakt

This paper presents the experience and knowledge from the implementation of security geodetic monitoring of structures where the most important role plays the connection of state-of-the-art measuring and information technologies. The use of geodetic robotic measuring stations enables the automated acquisition of coordinate data on the spatial position in the key locations of the monitored building construction and from them to evaluate geometric deformations in real time. Security monitoring is of particular importance for building structures at the end of their lifetime what could endanger the health and lives of people. This concerns the monitoring of large roof structures of sporting arenas, particularly in winter under snowfall impact, or the static testing of nuclear power plant constructions, or reconstruction of historical cultural heritage sites, the damage or destruction of which would have irreparable consequences. Implementation of security monitoring of various building constructions in different conditions has many pitfalls. Therefore, the flexibility of the measuring system, the accuracy and reliability, the simplicity, the speed, the clarity and the availability of the evaluated information and the output from the monitoring system need to be addressed.

Český abstrakt

Tento článek představuje zkušenosti a poznatky z implementace bezpečnostního geodetického monitoringu struktur, kde nejdůležitější roli hraje připojení nejmodernějších měřicích a informačních technologií. Použití geodetických robotických měřicích stanic umožňuje automatizované získávání souřadnicových dat o prostorové poloze v klíčových umístěních sledované stavby a od nich k vyhodnocení geometrických deformací v reálném čase. Monitorování bezpečnosti má pro stavby na konci své životnosti zvláštní význam, co by mohlo ohrozit zdraví a životy lidí. Jedná se o sledování velkých střešních konstrukcí sportovních aren, zejména v zimě při sněžení, statické zkoušky stavby jaderných elektráren nebo rekonstrukce památek historického kulturního dědictví, jejichž poškození nebo zničení by mělo nenapravitelné důsledky. Provádění bezpečnostního sledování různých stavebních konstrukcí v různých podmínkách má mnoho úskalí. Proto je třeba řešit flexibilitu měřicího systému, přesnost a spolehlivost, jednoduchost, rychlost, jasnost a dostupnost vyhodnocených informací a výstup z monitorovacího systému.
