Border dividing theory and practice exists. As well as exists border dividing success of manager from his failure. The second one is probably narrower and has more border crossings. These borders can be subjects for many considerations. If we are for example looking for the new methods usable in management it can be useful see this problem from the both sides. In fact it is probably the only way how to develop something useful. This paper is not about looking for the super method which can solve anything. It simply offers some ideas for discussion. Discussion not only about problems of management of companies but as well as about problems of science of management or theory as such.
