Purpose of the work is the preparation of perovskite photovoltaic cells and optimization of the structure based on PEDOT:PSS/ CH3NH3PbI3-XClX. The main idea is the study of changes in their photovoltaic properties depending on the different composition. As a result were created an eight samples which were further analyzed to improve the manufacturing process.
