Originální abstrakt

The main purpose of the work is to find out an optimal way for the preparation of the perovskite solar cells based on organic-inorganic structure of CH3NH3PbI3-2Cl2 /PC61BM. During the manufacture process was created a four solar cell samples with with emphasis on high efficiency and stable structure. Conversion efficiency of the best sample reached approximately ηMAX = 7, 22 %. Samples were further analyzed and based on that were implemented other techniques for their improvement.
