In this contribution is investigated an optimization problem for differential equations with delays dx(t)/dt = ax(t) + b1x(t-Ƭ1) + b2x(t-Ƭ2) +...+ bnx(t-Ƭn) + cu(t) (where a, bi and c are real constants, Ƭi > 0 , i = 1,..., n and u(t) is a control function) and for their systems by the second Lyapunov’s method.
