The main contribution of this paper is seen in intention to contribute to the field of transformational leadership in small enterprises. Modern companies, so that they can survive and even thrive, must be flexible and innovative. For these reasons, the role of managers in organizations has changed. Managers using bureaucratic management methods must follow the direction of leadership.
