This work demonstrates the ability of the vacuum methods for a preparation of organic solar cell structures. Zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc) Solar cell samples were prepared by all dry technology, i.e. without using of solvent. The samples show clear solar cell behaviour. The photocurrent measured is more than 4 orders of magnitude higher than the dark one.
