Originální abstrakt

We have used screen print for depositing of both conducting silver paste for the busbars and for semiconducting PEDOT:PSS. We report on the morphologic properties of the printed thin films and on the OECT performance that was achieved. We show that this deposition technique is suitable for production of such devices.
