In the paper we investigated the exponential stability of linear discrete systems of type x(k+1)=Ax(k)+Bx(k-m), where A,B are constant matrices and m is constant delay. We formulated conditions, where guaranted that the system is expontial stable solution and for arbitrary solutions exists concrete estimation.
