In this work we have used X-ray computed micro-tomography as suitable method for observing the morphology of the polymer scaffold for bone tissue engineering in the entire volume of the sample without its destruction and also for the determination of porosity, pore size and their inteconnectivity.

V této práci byla použita RTG počítačová mikro-tomografie jako vhodná metoda pro sledování morfologie polymerního skafoldu pro kostní tkáňové inženýrství. Morfologie, pórovitost a velikosti pórů byla měřena v celém objemu vzorku bez jeho destrukce.
