Originální abstrakt
Recently, deposition of thin films as gas barrier protection of material against external influences has become more and more popular. One of the possible applications is also a barrier film for protection of cleaned metallic archaeological artefacts to prevent additional corrosion. In this study, Parylene (poly(p-xylylene)) was chosen as a suitable precursorfor preparation of barrier filmin combination with a soluble interlayer, which allows removal of protective film. Significant improvement of barrier properties was achieved using protective multilayer of lacquer Laksil/parylene.
