This paper deals with the visualization of sound fields using linear microphone arrays and near field acoustical holography. With this technique it is possible to measure and analyze the sound pressure, sound intensity and sound power radiated from the stationary sound and vibration sources. An advantage of this method is that the 3D map of the acoustical quantities may by obtained from the data measured in plane. A linear array with the column of the 16 microphones has been realized and tested to obtain the precision of the sound field prediction.
