Originální abstrakt
Interaction of low molecular weight compounds with DNA is one of the general mechanisms used for effective anticancer therapy. Doxorubicin is one of the anthracycline drugs, which represent a mixture to that effect. This paper focuses on the study of interactions with doxorubicin dvouřetězcovými ODN (dsODN) using adsorptive transfer stripping square wave voltammetry. The identified changes are described and differences in the behavior of individual dsODNs are linked to their structure.
