Apparatus for automatic measurement of noise spectral density. The device consist of input low preamplifier, amplifier with adjustable gain, frequency band filter with lower frequency 3 mHz and adjustable frequency in the range 30 Hz to 300 kHz, output amplifier with selectable amplify included to match the A/D converter. The device is automatic and fully computer controlled. Presentation device is suitable for noise measurement and non destructive diagnostics electronic components.
