Originální abstrakt

The PhD thesis includes the results of research in post-discharges of pure nitrogen and various nitrogen-methane mixtures. Both microwave and DC discharges have been udes as plasma source. The studies have been provided at two wall temperatures (300 K and 77 K). The kinetic model of the processes during the nitrogen afterglow is given, too. The Thesis includes a wide rewiev of the collision energy transfer reactions in studied gases.
