This article deals with design and implementation of fuzzy sets editor and its use as a part of simulation environments. MeFE is a Membership Functions Editor written in Java. It was designed to cooperate with the fuzzy extension of SIMLIB/C++ library. The editor uses XML (eXtensible Markup Language) as its data format. The use of XML allows cooperation with other simulation systems.
