Hybrid systems consist of several different performance sources. In case that performance of system depends on renewable sources as photovoltaic or wind sources then it's necessary to know the atmospheric conditions affecting system performance in given location. Therefore it is appropriate to create mathematical model of these variable sources to determine their performance ability in many locations individually. Based on described mathematical relationships the model of polycrystalline photovoltaic module and array respectively are simulated in MatLab/Simulink. Simulated and obtained results are evaluated and compared with practical data and parameters of investigated photovoltaic module. Furthermore, the comparison of produced performance during ideal and real solar irradiance conditions is realized in this paper. The fill factor for simulated module is calculated as well. In conclusion, all the results obtained by the modelling of photovoltaic module are evaluated.
