Carbon capture and storage recently involve many different technologies. Comparing and evaluation of these technologies is not simple. This paper discuss generally recognised evaluation and comparison methods. Second chapter mention Energy penalty, Costs of electricity and Capture costs. While Energy penalty and Costs of electricity evaluate power plant economy, Capture costs focuses on amount of captured CO2. Third chapter characterizes important carbon based fuels.
