The main aim of this project was to create teaching software for micro- and nanodevices simulations. Software background was made as a visual application for increase electrical knowledge of bachelor and master students at Faculty of electrical engineering and communications of Brno University of Technology. Students are able to change electrical devices, structures and systems parameters due to 2D interactive interface.
