Article describes how to use the Bayesian estimation theory to improve the quality of measurement of the OLX800 instrument. The OLX800 is an on-line analyser for automatic process analysis of Ca, Al, Si, Fe, or other optional elements in powder materials, used mainly for cement analysis.
