Originální abstrakt

The paper deals with the baseband transmission channel analysis applied in DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting) transmission model. The transmission channel model is based on the digital filter design and it can be designed with the variable transmission parameters (cut-off frequency eg.) and linear distortions with additive noise or reflected signal. Results of achieved BER (Bit Error Rate) and SER (Symbol Error Rate) and corresponding PQE (Picture Quality Evaluation) analysis are presented, including the evaluation of subjective picture quality influence on normalized cut-off frequency of the channel, relative amplitude of additive noise and reflected signal.
