The goal of this work is to investigate relation between increasing laser diode operating temperature and spectral linewidth. We investigated that the increasing laser diode operating temperature caused spectral linewidth expansion. To sum up there is a necessary to use laser diode in recommended operating temperature range or place cooling into the system.
