With growing interest in agent and multiagent system research the need for modelling of these systems arises. In this paper we demonstrate principles of building models that include agents and reflect their personalities and behavioural schemas. The focus is put onto multiagent models and agent's social behaviour. It means that the communication abilities, social group creations and obligations agreeing are supported in the system. Following sections describe basic theory of artificial community building, then a conceptual model of system is proposed and its skills are described. A n examples are presented in the final section.
