Originální abstrakt

The paper is focused on a domain of collecting and subsequent analysis of traffic data. The article describes the system that is able to measure some vehicles parameters (length, height profile, actual velocity) without constraint of vehicle speed (free-flow system) and without necessity to put some device into the vehicle. According to these measured parameters is vehicle classified into the predetermined classes. The principle of this system is based on an active one-dimensional triangulation technique.
