The topic of reverse business activities has become more important on the way of effective realization of business activities. The importance of potential business issues as alternative business tools help to strength market position of each company. The business tools described excellent potential usage, which could be applied not only during crisis time, but especially during periods of prosperity, when their application provides companies with unique competitive advantages. There were used primary research by questionnaire survey in area of business tools, from which were obtained raw data. This primary research was made in period 2015–2017. These obtained data were put under evaluation by statistical methods, which help determine the significance of the indicators in the area being monitored. The results of the paper confirm the necessity for compensation tools in the business activities and provide the significance level of the compensation tools, which are used by companies on the way of strengthening market position. The scientific objective of the paper is find out trends of improvement in the use of business tools in after-period of economic crisis. The primary research was conducted in period of 2015–2017 in Czech companies. 1,500 companies were randomly selected to participate in this survey. In total there were received questionnaires from 617 companies (relative amount 41.1 %). As the finding of the research, there were defined two factors by the primary research, which include individual compensation trade tools: (1) Factor of orders; and (2) Factor of trade services.
