Originální abstrakt

There is a strong need to shift the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 into visible range. From broad spectrum of doping material, silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) have been chosen to study the improvement of TiO2 photocatalyst efficiency under solar and visible radiation. Titania self-ordered nanostructures were prepared employing well-reproducible and tunable method of anodic oxidation. The Ag NPs were deposited electrochemically on titania nanostructures and the surface topography was compated with samples prepared via UV-assisted chemical reduction. The effect of TiO2 thermal annealing on quality of Ag Nps deposition was observed.
