Originální abstrakt

The article presents design of operational amplifier circuit in Austria Micro Systems, 350 nm SiGe BiCMOS technology, suitable for Chua's diodes construction. By connecting an external passive components it became the basis of Chua's circuit that can be used for example in communications and cryptography. The whole design is implemented in nanometer IC design kit from Mentor Graphics. The development kit allows to implement both pre-layout simulations but also close to the reality post-layout simulations, based on accurate models of technology processes which are available from the manufacturer of the integrated circuits in which they will be integrated. The results obtained are presented in this article.
