Originální abstrakt

The article is focused on creating new tool for financial management of a company – based on Business model. It represents three basic elements, which are the drive engine for proper and healthy process of running business. This tool, which blends together with business plan, is based on three basic elements, which are input model, model of reserves, and financial health model. We came to this architecture of the model thanks to examining fourteen companies, which operate on the market for longer time period. Further, there was examined the rate of using the created model by eleven emerging companies. The article in its basis offers method and framework for creating the optimal business model for completely new or emerging subsidiary.
