This work is focused on underwater plasma discharge in diaphragm configuration. Hydrogen peroxide production and optical emission spectra were recorded to evaluate the discharge efficiency and differences between discharge in solutions of formic and acetic acids compared to NaCl reference solution. Acids enhance production of H2O2, no significant differences in spectra were found.
