The paper is focused on evaluation of morphology changes of electrograms recorded from isolated rabbit hearts during experiments with short repeated global ischemia with and without prior loading of the heart with voltage-sensitive dye di-4-ANEPPS. It is shown that degree and time course of certain morphology changes in these two cases are quite different and must be taken into account.
