Originální abstrakt

We propose a new method for determination of relationship of bacteria based on whole genome data. The method compares whole genomic DNA sequences in frequency domain. The proposed method was tested on phyla level on 168 bacteria from four phyla and on order level – 121 bacteria from phylum Proteobacteria, class Gammaproteobacteria were classified. The classification on both levels was successful in more than 82%.

Český abstrakt

Vytvořili jsme novou metodu pro určování příbuznosti bakterii z celogenomové informace. Metoda porovnává celogenomové DNA sekvence ve frekvenční oblasti. Metoda byla testována na 168 bakteriích na úrovni kmenu a na 121 bakteriích pocházejících z kmenu Proteobacteria, třídy Gammaproteobacteria. Úspěšnost klasifikace na obou úrovních byla více než 82 %.
