The Aim of this paper is to introduce my realization of QRS detector which is based on method „QRS detection using dynamic threshold“ proposed by authors Elgendi, Jonkman and De Boer. There is proposed several modifications and enhancements in order to get the best results possible. The detector was tested on whole CSE database using either standard and orthogonal leads data.
