Abstrakt:

Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat současnou situaci technologického procesu montáže LED zdroje na světlomet automobilu a nalézt a navrhnout řešení ke snížení počtu výpadků ve výrobě. Technologický proces montáže zahrnuje umístění a upevnění LED zdroje (s interním označením „F-LUX“) na reflektor. Sestava musí splňovat požadovaný optický výstup a sériový takt linky. Na základě analýzy technologického procesu jsou navrženy optimalizace.

Master student presented the content and results of her diploma thesis to the commission and answered questions of the supervisor, the reviewer and other members of the commission. The following supplementary questions were answered during the defense: 1. What were the main difficulties you have faced in identifiyng the defects/causes? - answered 2. The diploma thesis is prepared in accordance with the assignment and the expected goals. It is a practical application of the technology of mounting a light source on the headlight of a car headlight. The topic of the assignment is challenging due to the resolution of many details related to the accuracy of positioning and mounting the light source. The graduate addressed this issue in cooperation with Marelli Automotive Lighting based in Jihlava, Czech Republic. Diplomate professional issues dealt very aggressively and worked independently. The work is beneficial from the practical point of view of the solved assembly technology.

Master’s thesis is focused to problematics of mass production platform LED light source (module) for cars head lamps. Thesis task is optimization of assembly process for F-LUX module, mainly assembly sequence for precise positioning of light source to reflector. F-LUX module assembly was in run-up phase during Master’s thesis preparation.
Master’s thesis solves not only issues related to optimization of assembly jigs, but solves issues on parts (design part modification).
In theoretical part of master’s thesis is very precise overview of head lamps, light sources problematics which is the base for practical part of thesis.
In practical part of master’s thesis was used force decomposition for precise placement to required position on reflector location area and detailed proposal for screwing process optimization whit using theoretical calculation for tightening strategy by Atlas Copco tool – Toolsnet 8.
Results from master’s thesis are real recommendation, which are useful for all module platform F-LUX. Recommendation from student is based on analytic approach and knowledge of real status – assembly line, assembly sequences, incoming parts.
Master’s thesis evaluation – A-excellent. Reason – high level of processing, exceeds the input range.
