Admissions Fee Payment

What document should I attach to a university study application if I make a payment other than cash one?

If you are submitting an e-application, no document is necessary. A printed form requires a clearly stated variable and specific symbols - these are important for matching payments with applications. Please, check that your payment has arrived (you can do this at https://www.vut.cz/eprihlaska/en).

I have paid an e-application fee by bank transfer, but have forgotten to attach the variable symbol. If I have attached the specific symbol only, is this enough to match this payment with the e-application?

Unfortunately, the specific symbol is not sufficient since the applications are matched using the variable symbol. Please, send information on your payment to eprihlaska@vut.cz according to the guidelines that you can access after logging in using your e-application key.

I made the payment two weeks ago, but the e-application does not display a confirmation of the receipt of this payment. What should I do in this case?

Please, send a request to eprihlaska@vut.cz to locate this payment. In this request, include payment information according to the guidelines that you can access after logging in using your e-application key.

Mistakenly, I have sent 700 CZK as an e-application payment to the account intended for paper-application payments. What could be done to set this right?

Please, contact a study officer at the faculty of your choice asking them to locate this payment and reassign it to the e-application.

Problems with writing an application

I would like to change the e-mail address, mailing address, grades, etc. Is this possible?

For reasons of security, no changes can be made in an already approved application. Please, contact a study officer at the faculty of your choice.

I am interested in two programmes at one faculty. I wonder if it is necessary to fill in two applications and make two payments or if it is possible to enter both programmes in a single application?

You can only register for a single field of study by one application paid so that you have to submit and pay for two applications.

What is the deadline

Data verification

When submitting an application, I didn't have ... printed.
How are grades to be certified in the event of an e-application?
How about the doctor's certificate?

You can find all the printed matter required by the faculty along with completion instructions at https://www.vut.cz/eprihlaska/en after logging on in the application detail and clicking at the Print and Forms tab.

I would like to ask for an assessment of my foreign education. Where can I find the form?

You can find the appropriate form under the "Recognition of previous education" after submitting your e-application.

Application key

How do I know the e-application key to log on?

You have received the application key (10 digits and 4 characters) by e-mail and you can also find it on the admission invitation or on report of admission.

Application - displaying the results

By what date after sitting an entrance exam, do I find the result displayed on the e-application?

The results of an admission exam will be displayed within several hours, the result of the admissions procedure within several days depending on the number of candidates.

What does the admissions sub-round result mean?

There are several rounds to admissions at some of the faculties. So that this is only how the entrance exam is referred to - important is the result of the admissions.

What does the message - Not admitted unless formal requirements are met - mean

The candidate will only be admitted if formal requirements are fulfilled. These may include the submission of a particular document, certificate, medical examination, etc.
