How to work with folders?
Records stored in Citace PRO can be sorted easily into folders. Click Create a New Folder in the left-hand-side menu.
If you want to insert a record (or multiple records) in a particular folder, just check them off and click the Transfer to Folder button placed on a mauve panel. The records are then stored in a particular folder by clicking on it.
In each record, you see to which folders it is assigned. Clicking on the folder name will take you inside it, clicking on the cross next to it will remove an item from this folder.
You can change the folder settings using the cogged wheel next to it. Through it, a folder can be renamed, shared, and moved to recycle bin.
