The primary goal of the study programme is to utilize the research skills on a specific issue, which the student chose from the list of doctoral topics as announced for each academic year. By solving the issue the student proves its self-reliance, familiarity with scientific work methodology, especially the problem analysis and synthesis of the findings and its creative application in the proposed solution. The student is being trained for the career of a research worker and pedagogical staff member.
Key learning outcomes:
The graduate is ready for an independent scientific and research work in the field of architecture and urban design theory, is able to solve practical problems in the field of architecture and urban design independently and at a scientific level, publishes outcomes of both practical and theoretical activities, also in any of the world languages, is able to teach at a higher-education institution.
