Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The students get the knowledge needed for work with raster images and for creating animated internet presentation outputs.
Mode of delivery:
90 % face-to-face, 10 % distance learning
The student has basic knowledge of 2 D computer graphics, basic orientation in the environment of 2D raster and vector editors.

Course contents (annotation):
The subject offers information on presenting outputs in a raster format. The aim is to master the procedures in the environment of a raster editor PhotoShop 6.5.. The students get general information on the work with colour, and synoptic information on raster editors. The subject also includes the treatment of digital photographs, scanned photographs and collages. Special attention is paid to the work with a scanner and with a digital camera, and to the subsequent digital print.

The aim is to evolve student's invention in the field of free digital creation. The accent is placed on effective presentation of own ideas leading to final design too.
Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences:
80 %attendance at tutorials, active work at seminars, continous work on assignments
