Abstract:This thesis deals with the estimate of damage of an automobile caused during a
car accident with no injuries involved. A significant part of my work consist of a sociological
research, a proceeding during a car crash a fleet analysis and protocols from a programme
called Audatex. The outcome is a brochure - "How to manage a car accident - with detailed
description how to estimate the damage caused by the crash"
