Abstract:This bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part.
In the theoretical part (chapters 1 and 2) the properties of PM, legislation in the Czech Republic, principles of separation of particles and different types of separation devices are described.
In the practical part in the chapter 3, a design of a filtration system for separating PM from the flue gas from three biomass boilers was made.
