Studio Follow-up I - Game Media - winter

Students will focus primarily on planning the submitted master's project. Subsequently, in relation to the project topic, they deepen their theoretical, technical and practical skills. The aim of the joint consultation is to seek the best possible solution of the project and to prevent undesirable collisions. Students create and present continuous development of projects or individual prototypes (prototype). Individual solutions, whether of a conceptual or technical nature, take place individually, according to the nature of the project and the needs of students. The partial tasks are fulfilled by students in view of their master's thesis.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students manage to analyze potential collisions within the master's project. Consequently, they are able to prevent these collisions, especially by means of prototyping individual parts of the project. In parallel, they are also evaluating the project on a theoretical level.

Prerequisites

The submitted author's project is a prerequisite for entering the master's degree.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Students are led to realize individual or collective exercises and tasks. They continuously improve their technical and theoretical knowledge in the field. They are actively discussing and presenting their work results in the atelier field. In complementary activities, he participates in thematic exhibitions, excursions, festivals and lectures.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

To obtain the credit it is necessary to present the proposed master's project and its development. Then, before the commission, to defend the results of the semester examination, or the interim results of the work on the master's project.

Students consolidate the concept and develop all aspects of their master's project.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Presentation and submission of semestral studio works and exercises. Consultation, participation in teaching and studios is obligatory.
