Master Summer Laboratory Project - Incidence and Stability of DNA of Local Structures

Laboratory project is to gain experience in the field of gene technologies including in silico DNA analyses and experimental applications.

Each project will be performed by 1 student or by small student team consisting of 2-4 team members and will be supervised by experienced researcher. The project begins with selection of the topic specified by the supervisor. Students will prepare final report and present, discuss and defend their results and conclusions.
