Diploma seminar I (R)

The course summarizes the knowledge acquired during study of realization of constructions. The output is a semester thesis that includes selected parts of the building-technology study of the construction supplier, with the possibility to take into account the specific features of particular building companies participating in the teaching process and practical training of the student. A stress is laid on acquisition of knowledge of the area of modelling of the main technology construction phases, time and financial construction plan and draft conception of the site plant under consideration of the quantity, safety and environmental requirement at the construction.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The students will master the objective of the Diploma Seminary I (R) course, i.e. they will acquire and extend the knowledge for elaboration of the pre-production preparation documents on the particular building or construction, namely from the point of view of the building contractor.

Prerequisites

Especially in areas of construction planning, technology of constructions, building-technological designing, computer aided jobs in building industry, economical tools of the building operations management and project management of constructions.

Aims

The task of this course is to provide the students with knowledge required for elaboration of pre-production preparation documents based on the particular building or construction, namely especially from the point of view of the building contractor.
