Construction-technological designing ( R)

FAST-CW22Acad. year: 2020/2021

The course provides a comprehensive survey of the importance of the construction-technological preparation for a rational and economical construction realization. Necessity of this activity, its division and links are analysed and substantiated. Methodology of elaboration of building-technology plans in the period of construction investment preparation and in the period of its production preparation, i.e. in the period starting with the contract acceptance into the company´s production program. Explanation of the background documents creation for securing of an optimum continuous production progress, for its efficient management and monitoring of the site operation to secure its profitability.
