1. Definition of GIS, development,relations.
2. Geographical object. Specification and forms of geographic data existence .
3. Overview of information and database systems.
4. Types of geographic data and models of saveing. Modern methods of works with data.
5. Topology and its level acording DIGEST, topologic primitives.
6. Metric,data dimension, contols, datums, data resolution.
7. Digital terrain models, their applications.
8. Capture data methods, technology of GPS.
9. Standards, their levels. Quality data evaluation.
10. Analysis data methods and their purposes.
11. Map algebra.
12. ZABAGED, DMÚ 25, principles of GIS design.
13. Overview current GIS systems (ARC/INFO, MicroStation Geographic, PM/GIS, GRAMIS, GRASS)
