Water Intake, Transport and Treatment - Project

FAST-1P5Acad. year: 2020/2021

The aim of this subject is designing of drinking water supply systems in the real catchment area: design of water intake, water resource control, design of water treatment technology, constructional and dispositional ordering of water treatment plant, calculation of designed water demand, design of pumping station, dimensioning of transmission mains, design of water reservoir, design of water network, flows analysis, design of objects on water network. Drawing documentation is worked out includes technical report and detailed hydrotechnic calculations. The students use computers and current software.
