Theory of confined-space acoustics. Field of direct and reflected sound waves. Acoustic quality criteria of confined space. Measuring methods in room acoustics.
Noise characteristics in room acoustics.
Noise and vibration characteristics. Basic calculations of noise reduction. Equipment for noise measuring. Methods of noise reduction.

Course curriculum

1. Introductory into issue, recommendation literature, legislative of validity currently, act 502/2000 Sb. about defence health before adverse sound effects and vibration.
2. Effect sound on environment, sound in work and off-line environment, categories.
3. Grounds physical acoustics, oscillating move, energy variables oscillating process.
4. Basic possibility room acoustics, geometric acoustics, wave acoustic,statistical acoustics.
5. Provision acoustics comfort in civil buildings and block of flats, method projekt optimum reverberation and choise available fit materials, software.
6. Soundproofing characteristics building constructions, calculated method and way proposal.
7. Traffic noise, regional planning, protection against traffic noise.
