Highways II

FAST-0M3Acad. year: 2020/2021

This subject is a follow-up to Highways I. It is oriented towards practical detailed design in large scale.
Aesthetics of design.
Composite curves, interjacent transitive curves, changeover of transverse gradient, drainage of the carriageway surface.
Earth construction and earthwork, building constructions on highways, ditches, drain pipes and small bridges, supporting walls.
Crossways.
Addititonal lane for heavy trucks, safety equipment, crash bareers, necessary view distances.
